This workshop series is a guided somatic group experience for women, combining myofascial release, breath, and nervous system-based practices to support the release of chronic tension and protective holding patterns in the body. Each workshop focuses on a different area:
jaw & neck, chest & breasts, and internal pelvic space, exploring the connection between physical tension, emotional holding, and embodiment. Through self-touch, movement, and awareness, participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies, restore sensation, and learn practical tools for self-led healing and regulation within a safe, trauma-informed space.

  • Kundalini Yoga is considered one of the oldest forms of yoga, mentioned in the sacred Vedic collection of texts known as the Upanishads, and practiced since 500 -1000BC. It combines postures, meditation, chanting and breathing techniques to connect you to your true self, channel powerful energy and transform your life.

  • Absolutely. Kundalini Yoga is for any- and everyone. Modifications will be provided for.

  • Please let me know in case of any health issues. It is advised that you listen to your body. Follow any safety instructions or suitable modifications or adjustments to the exercise as instructed. Never continue with a class or a movement that is too difficult for your level of experience or ability, or if you feel any discomfort.

    You must act responsibly and sensibly at all times. You must not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.

  • Unless the class is officially titled as a pregnancy-friendly class, please get in touch with me so I can advise you which classes would be pregnancy friendly. When you take part in a class while pregnant, listen carefully for suitable modifications or adjustments to the exercise as instructed.
