WELCOME
I am so happy to have you join us!
These workshops are an invitation to behold your body and witness all that arises through myofascial release, breath, and somatic awareness in a slow, trauma-informed, and consent-based environment. Everything offered is an invitation, and you are always encouraged to move at your own pace and honour your own boundaries throughout the process.

Ideally natural fabrics
Journal (optional)
If you are paying at the door, please bring 35€ in cash.

Workshop-specific instructions:
For Unmute (jaw & neck workshop)
participants remain clothed. It is recommended to wear a top that allows the straps to be lowered or removed easily in order to comfortably access the neck and upper shoulder area.
For Soften (chest & breast workshop)
we will at times be working topless in the group space. This is entirely within a respectful, non-sexual, and held environment centred around body awareness, fascia and healing.
For Awaken (internal pelvic workshop)
please wear a long skirt or dress. This allows us to work internally while maintaining privacy and comfort within the group setting. You are also welcome to bring a shawl, scarf, or towel for additional coverage if that helps you feel more at ease.
There is no reason the internal pelvic work cannot be practiced during your moon days if you are menstruating at that time. Please simply come in whatever way feels most comfortable and supportive for your body.
Wet towels and cleaning materials for the hands will be provided.
I deeply honour that this kind of work can bring vulnerability. Working with intimate areas of the body in a group setting may feel confronting, tender, emotional, liberating, or unfamiliar. Often we realise how rarely we have been invited to meet these parts of ourselves with presence, care, and without shame.
There is absolutely no expectation to push beyond your comfort zone. You are always in choice, and you are welcome to pause, adapt, or simply witness at any point during the workshop.
Photos and short videos may be taken during the workshops for promotional purposes, though no intimate areas will ever be photographed. Please let me know beforehand if you prefer not to appear in any images.
If you have any questions, sensitivities, injuries, or concerns you’d like me to be aware of before the workshop, feel free to reach out privately.
Looking forward to sharing this space with you,
Zerina
